It’s now official President-Elect Barack Obama has been innaugurated.  Found this cool photograph on flickr of some ninja’s changing Bush Street, to Obama Street.

And to commerorate, I bought this tshirt from teefury

It was also really cool to see the Obamafied new version of whitehouse.gov.  Really nice.  I’m really looking forward to seeing what this guy can do for us, I’m especially excited to have a new regime, hopefully one that brings a more respectable 4 years.  Good Luck, and I can’t wait to see what happens.

It is easy to dodge our responsibilities, but we cannot dodge the consequences of dodging our responsibilities.

I thought this video was quite excellent.  Visit the site, here.  It’s a fantastic view of the what has happened over the last 8 years, and if you remember the original budweiser commercial it certainly is quite more effective.

But, I’m willing to show you that too, in case you don’t remember.  Enjoy.

The national debt clock in New York’s Times Square has officially run out of digits.  Apparently they just didn’t think we’d get past double digit trillions.  Now estimated at around 10.2 trillion, we are totally, screwed for the rest of my life.

I guess it is time to kiss our future good-bye.

US Government = FAIL

Now, I’m not jewish, nor do am I confused to be, but I just thought this was an interesting campaign for Barack Obama, from one of the funniest women on the planet. I certainly think if I were jewish, it would convince me to fly to florida to see my grandparents, and implore them to vote Obama.  I know the rules are you shouldn’t talk about politics, or argue politics in any nature, I just thought this was quite humorous.
